Carol is definitely a keeper!

I having sold my car needed to update all my details which included removal of the old vehicle and additions of the new vehicle. What made this experience even better was that we were doing this over the great and innovative chat channel which means I could avoid the long queues on calls. <br> <br> Carol Madalane had the utmost patience with me, she was very knowledgeable and gave me full clarity on any issues I had. She handled all my queries, even when trivial and did not make me feel like I was taking up her time (which I know I did).
