Caring and Supportive Staff

I was in an accident on the 2nd of October 2017, from the time I called the call centre until now, I have had 2 very caring and supportive members from the Miway call centre assist me and even though I was depressed and crying, the genuine care I received from Solani was out of this world. He let me cry and supported me and lifted my spirits, he even called a few days later to find out how I was doing, he is an absolute star. I was then contacted by Latisha who was also very friendly as she helped me update my policy. Thank you MiWay, one of the very few call centres that actually have Customer Service at a 5 star rating for me.
