Car written off and all of a sudden not anymore why?

So been with Miway for like 3 years now and everything been smooth since than in October I had an hail claim and just after he claim was registered before even the assessor came to assess the car I received an email informing you that the carbis a total loss, and after that the assessor came to assess the car and he declared the car a total loss again, and I agreed in everything I was been told as they are my rusted insurance and the arrangements were made by Miway hey came collected the car to AUCTION NATION, So they went MIA after that and the day they took the car was the day I collected my new car from he dealership, So on the 20th December I phoned them doing a follow up as to what ythe way forward as on my profile both cars are still on cover to my surp6I was told that the car is n more a total loss when I asked why they yelling me that it is because the repairs was done on the car but ythe assessor came after repairs and told me that the car is a total loss, So I already got a new car Miway will unfortunately have to sort this mess out I'm not involved. I'm honestly so disappointed and disgusted as to why the car was at AUCTION NATION from the 10th December and only yesterday when I made a phone call to Miway I was told that it is not a total loss anymore. Unfortunately I will not be accepting that car anymore Miway will have to sort this mess they created for me, I loved my BMW so much but accepted that it is a right off than boom it's not anymore something is fishy here, As we speak I am driving a new car I purchased and it's with Miway as well, So please resolve this as soon as possible and I want a BMW removed from my profile I don't own that car anymore please.
