Car trouble fixed in a jiffy

This morning I rang Miway to ask for help as my car was overheating very badly and I could not move it for fear of damaging the engine. I called Miway and spoke to Lindelwa who immediately took my details and located my address. Within minutes she found the nearest service provider and informed me that they were on their way and would be there within the hour. they arrived well within this time. It may have been only 20 minutes. The young man who arrived with his tow truck was also very efficient and within a few minutes had my car on his truck and at the garage 10 minutes later. Lindelwa called to see that everything went smoothly. She was relaxed and efficient and helped me through the process with confidence and ease. I felt I was in capable hands and am very grateful for the wonderful way in which she took care of my problem today. Thank you Lindelwa.
