Car Towing

On the 23 February 2018 at approximately 16:45 I got into a vehicle accident. Fortunately I didn't get injured but the vehicle was badly damaged. I called my insurance Miway and was helped by the agent Tshepiso Thole, who went through the process with me swiftly without hustles. He arranged Tow services for me and kept asking if in needed the ambulance. All went well such that before the police officers arrive to the scene the tow service was already there. He also called the tow service while on the scene and asked to talk to me to ensure that the tow service is assisting the correct client. I appreciate the service I got from Tshepiso and I am rating him10/10. Thank you Tshepiso keep up the good work and God bless you.
