Car stuck with panelbeaters and insurance not helping

I had an accident on 17 April and i was approved shortly after and reffered to S &K Panelbeaters. I paid the excess on the 30th of April and i was told that they would order parts and they would only take the car when all parts have arrived and they called and said all parts have arrived and i took the car in on the 16/05/2025. Its 24/06/2025 and the car is still not complete and they are giving me the run around because every time i call in im getting different answers and they are always saying they are waiting for parts which puzzles me because they said all parts arrived. I have escalated the matter to Miway multiple times and im just not receiving the assistance which i feel they should be giving me, How can a moderate accident take almost 3 months to fix? and the insurance is not holding the panel beater accountable for such a delay as all they do is just to send an e-mail and the panel beater doesn't even respond to them.
