On the 28 of march someone bumped into my car until now my car has not been fixed, the panel beater that you guys took my to( Jewel Panel beater) it’s giving me empty promises, I’ve been so patient with you guys but I see now, things are not being done and that panel beater keep postponing the completion date, I’ve called in to MIWAY claims department for you guys to contact the panel beater , and people I spoke to kept on saying they will get back to me, and say the person whose in charge with my claim will give me an update but nop no one have called me until now. I’m tired now Calling the panel beater because they keep on giving me excuses every time I have to get my car, they first said I’ll get the car by the end of this week, when I went to check on the car they said there are additional damages but the car have been with them for 2 months that doesn’t make sense to me, they said they car will be ready by next week but come next week they’ll have another story, I’m really tired and ****ed off at this moments.. wh
