Car not towed to panelbeater a month after accident

I’m disappointed with miway , was involved in a accident last month and it took them less then less then a week to approve my claim which was exceptional 🙏, now a month later after them struggling to find a Panelbeater we finally found one and the panelbeater was authorised to fix it . Last week I called the panelbeater they said they waiting for miway to tow the car to their premises. Today I call miway to find out what’s the hold up, they can’t find a tow truck to deliver my car!!!? A whole company like miway is struggling to tow my car to the panelbeater?? You guys showed me flames , worse part you guys go for weeks without communicating with us and it’s frustrating.
