Car not fixed one year later
My son met up in accident almost a year ago and the car is still not fixed completely and is not drivable. I called weekly and everytime I'm told that they will escalate and sort it out. They eventually picked the car up on 22 Feb 2025 and it's been at the workshop since. If I don't prompt them for feedback, I get absolutely no feedback. The car has is still waiting for repairs. ASSESSORS seem to be taking their own own time to provide the necessary approvals
Meanwhile Miway continues to happily take my monthly payments. Worst insurance ever
