Car no longer in a drivable condition .

On the 23 March 2015 I took my car to VDS panel beaters as it was involved in a car accident . On the 10 Apr 2015 I got a call from VDS to say my car was ready for collection . You can imagine my excitement after three weeks without a car . Unfortunately my excitement was short lived when my husband drove the from VDS , the car gave different kinds of lights on the dash board and after a few kolometers it came to a hault and had to be towed back to the panel beaters . Albert the assessing manager from Miway said there is nothing they can do , I have to take responsibility as the situation is a mechanical problem .For three weeks I did not have access to my car and I delivered the car to the panel beaters in a driveable condition yet I have to accept the fact that the car will not even start and according to Albert they cannot take any responsibility . I'm very unhappy with the whole situation as no one can tell me what could have happened in the 3 weeks I did not have access to my car .<br>
