Car needs to be towed to the Panel beaters please

My husband and I were involved in an accident on the 17th of April 2016. We only got the authorization on the 29/04/2016. A week later the car has not been towed to the appointed panel beaters . The person that was appointed to assist us from miWay ( Nkele Molele) doesn't answer calls or respond to emails. I have been calling the call center throughout the week trying to organise for the car to be towed and a week later still no winning. we are disappointed in The service we have received.
