car keys ****** at panel beaters

I write this here, on recommendation of your own staff!<br> - My wife had an accident on the 2nd February - more than 2 months ago. The car was towed away to MDS for inspection. <br> - On the 11th(9 days later!) February it was authorized to go to the panel beaters for repairs. The repairs are minor, they had to replace the front right fender, bumper and wheel, as well as repairs to the suspension. Something that would take about a week to finish.<br> - Miway doesn't have the decency to phone me and tell me what's going on. I had to phone them and beg them for information! What am I paying for???<br> Two weeks ago I tried to get an update from the panel beaters but was told the car keys were ****** during a break-in! So now a thieve has my car keys and will be able to ***** the car without any effort once the car is released. They insisted that I bring the spare keys to get the car. I refused. <br> <br> How am I now protected from car theft in future?<br> Who's going to replace the locks and alarm on my car?<br> And then Miway still has the audacity to tell me that I need to pay R3560 access on this? I lost two days of work due to this mess. Who's going to repay me for that?
