Car involved in an accident

My mom made a claim with them on February, now it's even May without any progress. The communication is very poor, if she doesn't follow up they don't communicate with her. They only gave her a courtesy car for 10 days only. The service is very poor but every month they keep on deducting. I'm very disappointed with Miway insurance. It's been years with them and this is how they treat her on her 1st claim.Thumbs down...
