Car insurance settlement delay.

I am very dissapoint with MiWay car insurance, our vehicle was written off and a settlement letter was issued by Wesbank on the 7th of April..Miway dragged their feet now Wesbank has debited our account for three months without us using the car. We were not even by MiWay that the car had been written off we had to go to the Panelbeat for us to get the information. Miway also did not mention that there is a 10% of MiwayProtection amount on the value of the vehicle that we must be paid back...i had to go back to the contract and inquire about it. Now we are affraid that the will delay the process again and Wesbank will debit our account again i May🤨you must run after them the you to get help.
