Car Insurance Premium Reduced

I have been with MiWay for 2 years, and since the anniversary of my policy means revision of premiums, I was hit with a R300 increase which left me disappointed especially since I missed the email notifying me of such. My first instinct was to find quotes online for a cheaper premium, but I remembered the good relationship I have had with MiWay and thought I call to negotiate. Kholeka was so understanding and helpful over the phone, and quickly assisted me in getting a review which took the premium down almost to where it was before.
