Car insurance premium goes up, then comes down after my call.

<p>MiWay sent an email informing me of my annual premium increase on my car insurance. I called their customer care and asked them why my premium would be going up when my car's value depreciates annually. Mpho Mahkeze was very helpful in explaining the premium structure (older car parts cost more) and even arranged for me to get a discount. My adjusted premium was even lower than before, which prompted me to ask about home insurance as well...</p> <p>I'm happy to say that my home contents are now covered and the discount I get because I have multiple covers means my premium is only R20 more than what it use to be.</p>
