Car insurance MiWay 😫💔

Had a car accident two weeks ago, and I'm still fighting with the @miwayinsurance assessor. After being loyal for 7 years 😭😭😭. I have never had any claim before.

I am inconvenienced, my concerns are not validated. The assessor does not respond to my emails not provide feedback.

I need someone to explain all the damages in writing and I need a detailed explanation about replacing the airbags and how safe that is.

I would like a second assessor to look at the car.

The broker or assessor is suppose to inform me on daily about the procedure as I am paying this insurance! Miway has debited my bank account while I don't have a car 🙃.

The fact that my concerns are not acknowledged and considered, clearly proves the speculation that the assessors do work hand in hand with the Panelshops. How do you explain forcing to spending R166k in repairs?

Can this be resolved, my life is at standstill!

I am very disappointed 😞 and I will never refer any person to MyWay taking to how my matter is being handled after 7 years being loyal this insurance company.
