CAR INSURANCE COMPLAIN

<p>I have taken up a car insurance with miway on the 22 of August 2016. I also have a contract confirming the monthly premius of R1 469.82 which i accepted,however i called miway Back just to update my registration number and i spoke to a lady called Khaya. She mentioned that the next premium will be R1700 i asked why she said she will have to escalate this to her line manager and will provide feedback. Days went by without any call, I then called and spoke toTholakele, Nomsa they also promised to call me back but that never happened.</p> <p>I phoned today on 22/08/2016 spoke Wandile she is the only lady who managed to provide feedback as promised, I asked to speak to their line manager Kearabetswe and she told me, "to be honest you cant be expecting to pay R1469.82 while you acguired your drives licence in 2013". I was hoping as a senior she might be able to resolve my query amicably. Why wasn't told that my driving licence its still new.</p> <p>I am not happy because the contract i have states that i will be paying R1469.82, and i am not willing to pay more than this. I honestly feel that this is false selling and was not informed accordinly until such time i raised this with Miway.</p> <p>I want my money back as this is not what I signed up for.</p> <p> </p>
