Car insurance claim not settled, no feedback.

I logged a claim in February for my car and I still haven't got it settled. My car got damaged on the right mirror and front door. The insurance got me to do quotations at two body works and they selected Premier Body works at Uitenhage. Every time I ask Premier Body Works if Mi Way authorized the quotation they dont give me back feedback 3 times already. Mi Way sent me a message that they have approved. Poor service from the insurance and the body works. I have complained to my way 3 times already and they said they would come back to me instead they call me to take life insurance policies yet they haven't settled my car claim. This is the worst.
