Car Insurance Claim

Please kindly note I was assisted by the lady Mokgadi Mashikinya from Miway Car Insurance. Can this lady be given 110% for the following? Before here, my story I was out with friends for dinner, came back my door handle was taken out, worse broken. So, chances were they were trying to ***** the car or take whatever they could find inside the car, but yes nothing was ******.

Connected with Miway via WhatsApp to report the incident. Case was opened the same day, and then Mokgadi asked me this question on a phone call due to connection issues, How did you sleep?, Are you okay? (The love from that question) She assisted me, in opening my claim, and asked me to please take pictures of my car and stuff and submit them, She then called me to confirm she received the pictures, and she would now submit them to the repairs department and get feedback around 12pm. Yebo Yebo Yebo received the call and we talked, She was open-minded and calm and asked me if understood everything.

One thing is that she deserves 110% a true ASSET to Mi-way Insurance.

Mokgadi, I did sleep well, am fine, and my car will be fixed, Thank you for processing my claim and answering all my questions worse also making examples so I understand more.
