Car Insurance claim

My nephew(licensed) had an accident with my car on the 24th May 2025. I was nervous at first because my nephew was not mentioned on my initial contract that they would give me troubles. The claiming process from the time I reported on their APP till the settlement was good. Unfortunately, the car was a write-off, but they helped me with the claiming process. I am putting all my cars under this insurance immediately. Today 05 June 2025, I got a call from them that settlement has been reached and what is due to me will be paid, they even reversed my premium for the month of May. My premium went off on the 25th, the accident happened on the 24th(a day before the debit order) Isn't that good? I am officially an ambassador of Miway Insurance. I have heard of people talking bad about the claiming process after their accidents, with me all was smooth and fast with Miway. I am just waiting for that notification now on my bank app.
