Car Insurance

My car hit a pothole in December and was towed by a company authorized by Miway. Apparently the pothole affected the suspension and it was hell to get Miway insurance to fix it. I was all along cpmmunicating with a guy by the name of Thami and his service was bad. My car came back after two months and I decided to cancel the insurance as I have struggled to have it fixed. I then got a call from a guy called Ntokozo, he was of great help and I even wished that he was the one handling my claim because at the time Ntokozo foned me I explained to him why am I cancelling my insurance and he was very disappointed and he really managed to cool me down. I was very angry with miway and never wanted to hear anything about this insurane company after the treatment I got and eventually I managed to keep my policy after my telephone conversation with Ntokozo. Miway really need more people like Ntokozo and I really appreciate his help. Ntokozo keep up the good work, wishing you all the best and God bless you. Busisiwe Skosana
