Car insurance

I have a complain about miway insurance. I had a car accident on the 23 of May and on the 25 of May, the validator Carline Fell came and took the statements from me and the witnesses about the accident. After few days she requested for some documents to proceed with the claim process. She also requested the phone numbers of the people I visited before the accident. Since then I don't see any progress and I know that she is constantly calling the people I visited even during the evening trying to get them change their statements. She took their statements before but now she's constantly calling them, even offering to visit them on their workplace. During the time she was interviewing she insulting me saying I was talking nonsense.
