Andile helped me update my policy information and was patient enough to explain the new terms and conditions that go with my amendments. With my changes like walking from home made my premium go up and I could not understand but lucky enough she referred me to Dimakatso who then reviewed my policy, reduced my monthly premium and my access fees and with that it was a good day and I am happy.
