<div>All I wanted to do was to remove one vehicle and replace it with another. I told the agent I do not want to change anything on the policy yet it took more than half hour to complete because there were endless questions about items already on the policy and it is very difficult to hear and understand what the agent was saying. Why can't the changes just be done on the webpage?</div>
