Car Insurance

Bad customer service. No regard for customers. They don’t respond to emails regarding my claim. I end up talking alone on emails. No one calls me back. There’s constant stories and back and forth regarding claims. They want me to wait for them to do their jobs when they feel like it. This is a wasteful expenditure for me. I will definitely be cancelling this insurance.
