CAR IN FOR 3 WEEKS

My car was booked in at renew it after my accident,after itv was approved to be fixed renew it was not vw approved so it had to be taken to another panel beater, Bredren auto,new parts had to be ordered and as always mi way took its precious time to approve these, it was only approved on the 18th , Bredren auto is still waiting for the parts, im now on week 3 without my car,mi ways service is pathetic, i have to incur additional costs for renting a car and it is mi ways fault that i canceled the care hire option because on my first accident, i paid for car hire and they couldnt give me a car for a stupid reason i dont understand till now,im at a point wherev they will have to pay for all nmy expenses.
