Car hire

I'm disappointed and frustrated with my way insurance. They used to treat me like a VIP until i got an incident on 30 July 2023,my car was towed to the penal beater on 1st of August. My car is not fixed till today ,apparently they are awaiting for the accesor to check the car. My challenge now is the car hire is expiring tomorrow which means i will be strunded without a car for a very long time. The sad part is the whole thing is not my fault. They are refusing to hire a car for me . They are going back and forth regarding this . I'm so hurt and disappointed.
