Car Hire

<p>Please listen to the recording between me and your claims representative Busi. Are you basically telling me that it is safe to drive my car with one mirror? I paid for car hire and I should get it as it is difficult to park and even drive a car with one mirror. Such horrible service. Email from MIWAY says car is available while the car is being repaired or for the period that claim is being finalised. I am more likely to get into an accident driving a car without a mirror and my claim was approved. Her reasons don't make sense because it doesn't state anywhere in the policy document.</p>
