car hasn't been towed yet!

I was involved in an accident on monday night (28/12/15)... I reported the incident to miway at 8am on 29/12/15.. my car to date has not been towed from my house to the panelbeaters. I have phoned the call center over 4 times since yesterday with regards to this and each time they say that the towing instruction has been given and the towing company will come to collect the car but no one has come as yet. Now when I phoned the call center again to check why no one has come, they inform me that the panel beaters are closed until monday and they can only tow it then. This is extremely frustrating as no one informed me of this in all of the calls that I had made previously and we have been sitting and waiting for the towing company for so long now. In addition, my car hire has already been activated and my car hire days are being used up but nothing is being done about my car. It is yet to be assessed and repaired. This is highly unsettling because if the repair takes longer than my car hire lease then I would have to foot the bill for additional days.
