Car Damaged after Windscreen Replacement

I made a claim for a windscreen and a MiWay Service provider came to replace my windscreen on the 28th of July 2020. However the city stop sensors on the windscreen where not properly installed which resulted in my wipers , and lights not working. I have been complaining to MiWay that I cannot drive my car as it poses a risk to my life and other motorists but even today no one has resolved the issue. MiWay keeps pointing at the service provider that they need to fix the issue, but the Service Provider has been to my place three times they don't have the skill to put back the sensor the way they found it. I am now left with a damaged car and a Service Provider who keeps telling me they will come and never come. I belief MiWay does not take the life of its customers serious because when we complain they don't take any action.
