Car claim C923295

I got accident on the of 1 January in Polokwane I didn't have my phone with me I asked towing guy to lend me his phone to call miway he said" they're closed " and I ask him if his towing company is approved by miway he said "yes", I lodge claim with Hlengiwe, she told me Dash Towing is not Miway approved however they will only pay what their service provider charge them. My claim was moved from Hlengiwe to Hendrik, Hendrik said "I'll be liable for towing and storage cost of R11000 and they'll will move car to their service provider immediately, but they didn't do so, four days later they said they authorized payment R17452 for towing and storage cost, I said no we agreed for R11000 even though Hlengiwe said they'll take total cost and subtract their service provider cost. Hendrik said he'll ask service provider to resolve the issue of R6000, but everytime when I called he said is waiting for a feedback, sometimes he said is waiting for a feedback from his manager. Due to frustration I end up accepting the settlement, I feel like Miway was not fair, atleast they should have took R11000 and subtract service provider charges instead of me paying R17452. I love Miway but now I'm having too many thoughts about it.
