Car Accident Thirt Party Claim

On the 07 March 2015 Time 2100, I was involved in a car accident and Miway client Mr W Nathye ID *** car CS64WXGP Red Polo 6, he drove off from the scene of the crime and I called the police and they responded in 15min to the scene and a case was opened agaisnt this client of Miway insurance case no: 117/3/2015. I notified Miway and they requested phothos of my car and I did provide and Miway send their assessor to the panel beaters to take other photos, the police officer that was on the scene wrote his statement and I was send to Miway. Mi way send me mail that their client has a different version of how accident happend, Ms Marietjie Jacobs from Miway *** agreed to me that Mr W Nathye is their client and Ms Madeleine van der Walt apologies for the inconvenience and she has appointed an investigor from Miway to go to Mondoer police station to investigate the case after I have told them that their client commited crime in reliation with RSA accident laws. To my suprise to Ms Marietjie Jacobs she emailed me today and stating that Miway is no longer entertaining my claim, they have entertained it over a month now they can't fix my car.
