I have been paying old mutual and miway since October 2020. I only realized this year Jan 2021. I contacted both miway and old mutual for the dual insurance. The only one that got back to me was miway. Keep in mind old mutual is the more experienced company. I got a call from Vuyiswa Cele. She was very apologetic and promised to help me. She went above and beyond her call of duty. She even gave me a better offer than I had with miway. She emailed all my policy data to old mutual as did I. I have been struggling since Jan 2021 for my refund from old mutual. This afternoon I really got tired of this up and down with old mutual. Today they wanted all the evidence of the dual insurance and then being dismayed and totally giving up on me not getting my money back Vuyiswa contacted me and asked if she should resend it for the 3rd time. I told her it's up to her coz I lost all hope in getting my money ever. And sure as hell she resend it for a 4th time. Where else will you get someone who really is interested in your needs like Vuyiswa Cele. She made me feel like I am family. Vuyiswa sorry for only commenting Now but keep up the good work and stay the precious jewel you are to MiWay. You really out did yourself especially for the last 2weeks. It's like you were holding my hand while I'm starting to walk. Thanx a mill
