Can't provide recorded calls. My word against theirs.

I've requested my recording of entering into contract with MiWay in March 2019, just after I had an accident where a truck drove into me. MiWay pushed my excess up due to "non disclosure", but they can't give me the recording. I would have recieved a no claim bonus from my previous insurance but they couldn't beat MiWay's premium, so I lost out on that but they nailed me for "non disclosure".... Their word against mine... A year later, still struggling to get the recording.
