Can't log a claim

I am trying to log windscreen claim and all 3 options to log a claim are not working:-

1. I called the call center and couldn't get through, I then left my number to be called back but never called back. 2. I tried to log a claim online and only got an error with a ref number right at the end of the submit. 3. I sent email to the customer care and got no response. When it comes to calling and selling, Miway is very fast but drags their feet when it comes to attending the claims.
