Can't keep their promise!!
I have cancelled my car insurance with Miway on Saturday 3rd of September 2022 and they said they will give me back the remainder of my money since my car is not insured for the whole month. They told me that I will receive my money back within 3 to 7 days....it is almost 3 weeks and I haven't received my money. They are failing to fulfill their promise. This is bad because I have called on Monday to check if there is anything wrong but the guy who was helping me said everything is in order but i still haven't received my money back.

She assisted me and I received an SMS saying that my payout is being processed and that I will receive it within 48 hours. Lerato told me that there was a system error that is why there was a delay in the first place. Thank you very much MiWay for taking the extra effort to assist me.
