Can't get hold of representative

I was contacted by a MiWay representative : Kamlasen Govender and informed that if I have any queries, I can contact him via his e-mail.

I had further questions and when I tried replying to his e-mail it failed to send. This is the email address shown when he sent me the MiWay quote: ***

When replying to this e-mail it says it doesn't exist. I find this very unprofessional from a business perspective.
