Can't even get to the right department
2 weeks to try to get a claim processed. Can't even get to the right department, no way to contact them on the site - disgusting service!

23 Jul 2019, 12:06I won't be holding my breath. The response is - you call this number. I'm not calling anyone anymore as I've already spent far too much time and money trying to get this sorted out. You can call me and get it sorted. Will definitely be cancelling my policy after this.
