Cannot help with information related to my policy

I honestly don't know why I am still with Miway, because each time when I require assistance I have to come to hellopeter to be assisted. I phoned Miway today to ask them to send me confirmation of when I changed from my previous address to the current one as I need that information for a court case. They confirmed that they can see that I changed my address in February 2014 but unfortunately they can't help with giving me that confirmation. This is information that they hold of me and yet they can not provide me with it when I need it. This is beyond me with this insurance company.
