cannot get my refund from Miway

<p>On the 01.05.2017, i requested by e-mail for Miway insurance to remove a motor vehilce from my insurance policy. To date this has not been done and they have been continuing with deducting my premiums. They have even sent me an updated policy with an increase on my premiums.</p> <p>Been speaking to several agents who always promise to call you back but nothing happen.</p> <p>Eventually got hold hold of agent named Khambi who was initially rude but is now trying to assist with the refund but his senior advisor, named Mr Raul, wants proof that i no longer have the vehilce.</p> <p>although i have forwarded them the mail from the 01.05.2017 together with the delivery receipt they still do not believe that i sent the mail then.</p> <p>not sure what else to do to get my money back from them.</p> <p> </p>
