CANNOT fix a problem they created.

I recently review my insurance premiums to get a better deal and opted for Miway. My debit order date was requested for the 27th of each month. On the 25th May my debit order was submited by Miway, which its likely the case because the 27th was on a Sunday. Today the 25th of June the debit order was submitted by Miway. I logged on to verify my debit order date and it shows the 27th. So why on earth am I debited today. This has now brought my bank account into a minus, which affects my credit record. All Miway wants todo is send me a letter to say sorry which I have to submit to the bank. WHAT ABOUT MY LONG TERM CREDIT HISTORY AT THE BANK???? THIS IS AFFECTED!!!!!!!Ii want my account in the credit it was before you decided to debit me . Even if there was R2 in my account atleast it was not over the limit. This problem was caused by MIWAY therefore you must fix TODAY
