Canellation of policy - Refund

<p>I called Mi Way Business on the 26th of july 2017 to cancel my Insurance policy as the servies provided were no longer needed. The person I spoke to advised me that the policy was cancelled and my money will refunded to me, when I asked when she could not give me an answer whic I thought was a bid strange.</p> <p>Today 02/08/2017 I spoke to someone on the call centre who rudely transfered me to Mapaseka withou even telling me that my call was being transferred. I spoke to Mapaseka who advised me that a refund of R2100 and something was going to be paid to me, when I aske why was the amount less that my contribution of R2529-00 she advised me that she did not know. It is very strange that Miway cannot give me an answer immediately and yet they are willing to hold back my money..Also I had to call them to find out about my refund and still not appropriate answer is given</p>
