Cancelling the policy
I was cancelling the policy and the agent teat me so well, she knows her story, she knows how to treat customers. she helped me a lot, she also introduced me to this policy of 16.99 that even if I don't pay for the car but I can still keep my policy so that when I buy a new car, I can call MyWay and I will not pay the joining fee. Thanks to Zakheni for explaining the policy and treating me so well.
