Cancelled policy still takes premium

I cancelled my policy with MiWay as I got a better deal from Outsurance. A while after cancelling the policy they deduct the premium from me that I would've paid with them, but shouldn't as I cancelled the policy. After contacting them requesting that they pay my money back as I am now paying for 2 different vehicle policies, they tell me 7 working days. It has been over 7 working days now and everytime I call them all they tell me is "I can see a refund has been requested and the 7days have lapsed, I have taken it up with my supervisor we will get back to you". I don't know about the people at MiWay but I need every cent of my salary that I get. I am borrowing money now from family members for petrol to get to work because MiWay just ********ly takes my money and then wont give it back.
