Cancelled membership but ITC report still running

I cancelled my subscription on the 30 July 2017 (Policy number ********** 5) which commenced since 2016 due to higher premium and excess when comparing to other competitors.

I have called their contact center and each consultant promise me that they will sort it out with their ITC guys and get back to me but since than i haven't heard from them nor got a call.

i cant apply for credit due to this error and i do not know where else to go.
