Cancellation process completely turned around

So I recently contacted Miway to cancel my policy. I was put on the phone with one extremely helpful Miway agent named Mpho Makhene. He completely went out of his way to assist me and just turn the situation around from an unhappy customer to a highly happy one. I cannot that you enough for your assistance in this. Job well done and keep up the great work. Miway needs more agents like Mpho Makhene and you will have much more happy clients.
