Cancellation Payment

The worse car insurers, they trick people and treat you like a fool. Even after cancellation of the insurance on the 11th of September my money has not been paid. They said it will be paid within 7 days but today marks 13 days since the cancellation. They also tried to cheat me by putting the cancellation date as the 16th of September so that they can pay me less. I called and rectified that but still they haven’t paid.
