Cancellation of policy

<p>I have always been a very satisfied customer with Miway for over 4 years. It is unfortunate that my husband revised the insurance and has decided to include my vehicle under the household and his car insurance as the quotation received was unbeatable.</p> <p>I have tried to cancel my Miway insurance which was a nightmare as the first consultant I liaised with did not call me back when she promised. I called again and the consultant then placed me on hold and put Gugu on the line who was a senior manager. That was an extremely unpleasant call as she did not want to easily accept that I was cancelling the policy. At the end of the call she advised that she would send me a cancellation letter as proof. To date I have not received ths letter.</p> <p> </p> <p>I call miway again to request the letter and the consultant advised me they would email it. Nothing was received, I then sent an email on 9th November requesting that someone forward my cancellation letter. On the 10th November I received an email of cancellation indicating the letter was attached. ALAS no letter attached.</p> <p> </p> <p>Miway, I know you always jump at the opportunity to defend yourself on this platform, SEND ME MY LETTER OF CANCELLATION!!!!!</p>
