Cancellation of Policy

I sold my Vehicle as I was leaving the country. I cancelled my insurance through the Miway app. They did not call me until they debited my account and then sent me a message stating that they had not cancelled my cover as they could not contact me. My cover does not reflect in Miway yet they still say that the cover is still active. I cannot call the contact numbers as I am out of the country and they do not respond to my emails.

I do not own the vehicle... What are you covering??
